Gas Engineer - Servicing and Breakdowns Birmingham Permanent Contract £32,634 per year + (standby 26 days per year paid at £800) Call outs paid door to door at time and half Monday - Friday Call outs paid door to door at double time Saturday - Sunday Company van + fuel card + tools 40 hours work per week (Monday - Friday) If you are looking to work with a large well established housing association on a permanent basis then this might be the perfect opportunity for you. This company specialises in property maintenance. They are currently looking for a Gas Engineer to join their team. You will be working as part of a small team on a mobile basis covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas. To be considered for this role as a Gas Engineer you must have the following:• ACS Gas Qualified (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 & CPA1) • Own hand tools• Full UK licence • Previous social housing experienceThe work will consist of the following:• Servicing on boilers• Reactive repairs• Boiler breakdowns • Testing and commissioningIn return the Gas Engineer will receive the following:• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays• Pension - Company matches what you put in• Health plan • Company van + fuel card • Ipad + mobile phone • Power tools supplied• Training paid for• Call out rota is one day in every 10• Call out Mon-Fri is paid door to door at time and half• Call out Saturday to Sunday is paid door to door at double time• Over time is paid at time and half once your 40 hour week has been completedIf you are interested in the above vacancy, please apply with a copy of your most recent CV.
