Wright Health Group is a leading distributor of dental materials and equipment through its companies in the UK, South Africa and the USA - refer to www.wright.cottrell.co.uk for company information.We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Technical Team in the Midlands as a Trainee or Qualified Digital Imaging Field Service Technician. This position is open to experienced Field Service Engineers and candidates with an IT background who are interested in a change in career paths.The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting digital dental imaging equipment in dental practices and hospitals. Excellent IT knowledge with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a software support role as well as a good understating of Windows networking and TCP/IP are essential.Although this is a Field based position, you will work closely with our Technical Administration Team based at our Head Office as well as your peers based in the Field. You will be joining a very knowledgeable team of dental engineers covering the midlands region with occasional travel to other parts of the country when required.You will represent the Company in your interactions with our customers both face to face and over the telephone, making excellent communication and interpersonal skills an essential requirement for the post.Training will be provided both in-house and with suppliers, some of which may be carried out abroad.The successful candidate must show an aptitude and be willing to learn a range of new skills and will be limited only by their capability to learn.Drivers Licence is essential.We offer a competitive remuneration package and salaries range from £25k per annum for Trainees and from £30k per annum for experienced/qualified digital engineers.Our benefits include: Company Vehicle, Pension Scheme and Life Assurance.
