It is the market leader in the provision of legendary food and drink experiences at some of the UK and Irelands most significant sporting, arena, and leisure venues.Through strong client partnerships, Levy UK + Ireland creates bespoke food concepts, service standards and pioneering design, implementing a guest-first approach and ongoing innovation at each venue.MAIN DUTIESFront of House Manager: The key part of the role is to uphold the high standards of service expected from the client (Aston Villa) across the three dining areas at the Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Working alongside the Head Chef and Operations Manager to make sure the rooms are set correctly to the standard expected.
  • Working alongside the First Team and academy nutritionists.
  • Keeping all front of house areas clean and organised.
  • Good computer skills: Creating menu boards, allergen matrix, food labels.
  • Assisting with all areas of the day-to-day catering operations at the Training Ground, this will include duties both front and back of house.
  • Using the Foodbuy system to order products.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are always met.
  • Maybe required to work match days, home and away to ensure the smooth running of the front of house operations.
  • Managing staffing levels and creating a good working relationship with Levy Restaurants agency, Constellation.
  • Understanding the importance of stock rotation, date labelling & Natasha’s Law, following the guidelines in place.
  • Creating a good working relationship with all departments within the training ground.
Your primary place of work will be Bodymoor Heath Training Ground, Bodymoor Heath Lane, Bodymoor Heath, North Warwickshire, B78 2BB. However, you may be asked to work at any other reasonable site associated with the position as requestedby your manager.
