Freelance Senior Site Manager required for a minimum of 8 months on a £20 Million steel portal frame PRS apartment scheme in central Birmingham. Reporting to the Project Manager you will responsible for assisting him and the Site Manager with the deliveryof this scheme, as well as general day to day site management of subcontract trades and labour packages you will also be monitoring programme, weekly progress meetings with both client and subcontractors, QA to ensure its snag free.
