Forklift DriverColeshill, Birmingham£13.00 per hourWe are currently seeking a skilled Forklift driver, with a recognised, valid, in date Reach and counterbalance licence. Alongside operating the forklift truck, the right candidate will have experience working in a warehouse, they will be required to do generalwarehouse duties such as picking, sorting, loading, and unloading. A full UK driving licence is also required as delivery driving to a radius of 100 miles.This is a great opportunity to work for a leading supplier of automotive supplies. With the aim of finding a suitable Forklift driver that they can invest time and efforts into upskilling and development.Key Responsibilities:- Operate Forklift Truck (FLT) - Counterbalance / Reach, ensuring safe and precise movement of goods.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment- Unloading of lorries, vans, and other delivery vehicles- Picking items Locating inbound goods into warehouse locations and record in computer immediately.- Use company van to assist with deliveries and collections of products using Company vehicles maximum 100-mile radius.- Confidently utilize in-house systems for scanning, picking parts, and conducting stock-taking.- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Carry out general warehouse duties as required.Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience- Valid FLT Counterbalance / Reach Licence.- Ability and experience working on computers.- Full Driving Licence.- Proficient in scanning, picking parts, and conducting stock takes using in-house systems.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.The hours of work for the successful Forklift Driver are:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pmFriday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pmBenefits:- Small intimate workforce- Company training and upskilling- Opportunity of progression- Attractive pay rate of £13.00 per hour- Holiday Allowance- Performance-Related BonusIf youre interested in applying for this role we would love to hear from you!
