Job Description

Talent Agility is working with a leading Fire & Security company operating across UK. Our client specialises in active fire and security solutions, offering an unparalleled level of knowledge & service in this sector.Your role will be to provide field support for reactive and maintenance works for the existing customer base. You will also be required to carry out small installations, commissioning, and the occasional site survey.Systems include fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers.Fire & Security Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment
  • Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logbooks and internal reporting in a timely manner
  • Maintaining effective communications with customers and office to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
  • Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
  • Meeting Health & Safety and all other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, and system sales
  • Be part of the emergency out of hours standby engineering team and go on the daily call out rota
