Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimantsand commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.Our Public Sector client are looking for a temporary employee to join their team as a Fines Officer. This is initially a temporary role until 30/09/24, with the chance of an extension. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. The usualworking hours for this role will be around the hours of 8-4/9-5. The pay rate for this role starts at £10.57 per hour, then increases to £11.88 on the 13th week.The office is located in B1 2RA. There may be hybrid opportunities available once fully trained but this will be down to business needs. Your role wiill be to support with administrative tasks that come alongside the fine enforcement cases. Your day to day duties will include: - Taking calls, and dealing with challenging queries- Dealing with admin processes including correspondence, write offs, reports and checks- Reviewing accounts- Managing fines enforcement cases- General enforcement workThe ideal candidate for this role will be 12-18 months of admin experience within a work place. Full training will be provided for this role.If successful, you will be subject to a standard DBS check, due to the nature of the role.
