SF Executive are partnered with an international retail business, working on a retained basis to source a Financial Controller for their new UK operation. This is the number one finance position within the UK, supporting the UK MD from initial set up torapid expansion. The successful UK Financial Controller will oversee the recruitment and management of the finance department, implementing budgets, policies and procedures to meet the wider organisations objectives; ensuring the efficient operation of the business which meetscompliance requirements. You will be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent with at least two years experience in a senior finance position. You will be technically competent an poses commercial acumen. This position will see quick progression which will lead to the role and title of UK CFO.
