They are looking to appoint a qualified, experienced Finance Business Partner to lead on M&A activity.The RoleThis role will partner with the Leadership Team, and directly with the PE house, supporting the CFO with end to end M&A activity from identifying potential opportunities to post-merger integration.You will support the bid function and work on strategic projects providing data driven decision support to the Board. Working with senior stakeholders across the group, you will provide commercial expertise to optimise profitability and maximise shareholdervalue.The PersonGraduate calibre, qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA, you will have gained previous experience in M&A (mergers & acquisitions) and/or Private Equity/Corporate Finance. Your strategic outlook will be a given and you will possess demonstrable leadership skills and the abilityto drive change and influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
