This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and supportwhen you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.We are currently seeking an expert individual to join this team in the role of Finance Business Partner Everyday Banking.The key purpose of this role is that you will have responsibility for Savings, Current Accounts, Cash FX, debit Cards and Overdrafts; Supporting the GCB2 Exco member and Head of Everyday Banking in all aspect of Finance support and strategic implementation;Interacting with ALCM and assess balance sheet management activities. Finally, the role spans across multiple brands (HSBC, firstdirect & M&S) as well as multiple distribution channels.In this role, you will:* Integral in supporting financial planning and analysis to WPBs Everyday Banking (EDB) businesses;* Partnering with the finance activity across the EDB journeys product suite, advising the Senior FBP, the broader Finance community the EDB teams and governance committees on the financial performance of these products;* Build strong relationships with the EDB business teams (UK business and all global functions) with pro-active identification.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:* Finance background preferably within Financial Services or Banking;* Controls background (i.e., internal and/ or external audit)* Demonstrable experience withing Management Accounting;* Business Partnering experience;* Management information background and being able to understand what drives the numbers reported;* Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (at all levels of seniority).The base location for this role is Birmingham and with a hybrid working pattern.Youll achieve more when you join HSBC.Being open to different points of view is important for our business and the communities we serve.
