Job Description

This Finance Business Partner role would see you using your talent to support a number of paralleltransformationprogrammesacross the business. This is truly a value add position in a vibrant, pacy business.The CompanyA well known consumer brand which has grown, and continues to grow at an impressive rate, youd be joining a high calibre, fun and supportive team with the scale to offer excellent onward development potential.The RoleFocussing on several strategy and transformation projects across the business, this is a permanent Finance Business Partner role with little or no month-end/BAU, and lots of analysis/insight, strategic/ investment/ performance review, process improvements acrossreporting and linking in with wider core business to support, challenge and aid delivery of growth streams.This is a true business partnering role where you will embed yourself within the function, offering leaders and decision makers guidance, challenge and objective opinion.The Person

  • Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Experiencesupporting business or operational change/transformation/projects
  • Analytical background and commercial acumen
  • Able to interpret and challenge data to drive performance and aid strategic decisions
  • Proactive and influential communication style
  • Able to work independently in a busy environment and flexible in mindset to adapt to changing business needs
  • Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI all preferred but not essential
