Water is one of the fundamental chemicals on earth. Used in a variety of industrial, chemical and agricultural processes, as well as its domestic uses, the treatment and management of this, most valuable of resources, is a multi-billion pound industry.Our client is one of the industry leaders in water treatment, management and cleaning. They are currently searching for Field Service Engineers to join their team around the UK. You will be visiting client sites around your given territory, providing firstclass engineering advice as well as installing, maintaining and repairing state-of-the-art water treatment equipment, both mechanical and electrical in nature.Alongside your engineering duties, you will be liaising with sales teams on potential leads, ensuring required documentation is completed on time and where appropriate, quotations are provided to clients accurately.This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working a hybrid’ model, with some days being from home, others from the office, however you should expect to spend 90% of your time on the road or at client sites.Candidates are encouraged to apply who hold or are working towards a NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or similar. Candidates MUST hold a current UK Drivers license and be able to communicate with clients in a professionalmanner. Candidates with previous knowledge of the water industry are at an advantage, but this is not essential since full training will be provided.As well as a competitive salary and generous benefits package, you will have the opportunity to develop your career with numerous training opportunities.
