Job Description

Field Service EngineerJoin a highly successful, world leading company whos UK Head office is based in Worcester, as a Field Service Engineer. The role is home based and to work on customer sites. You may be required to stay away from home 4 nights a week.The engineer will mainly be working on mechatronic capital equipment, on customers sites. As the role progresses this will encapsulate supporting the customers needs, from Installation to maintenance, calibration, training, breakdowns and modernisation.Main Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of customers equipment.
  • Installation of new equipment, software and accessories.
  • Training of customers and other engineers once fully trained.
  • Troubleshooting for issues with customers equipment.
  • Adapting to new technologies as the equipment advances through engaging with training programmes
Skills/Knowledge
  • HNC/Apprenticeship/Degree in an engineering discipline.
  • A desire for hands on application of technical knowledge.
  • Excellent customer facing skills, you are the face of the company to our customers.
  • Ability to read technical drawings
