Field Sales Executive - Birmingham Construction, Property and Building Services sector experience required.£35000-£45000 + OTE + Full BensBuilding Services Consultancy with a UK coverage are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join the team and develop a new client base across both the public and private sector focussing on the construction and fit out market.To apply the successful Field Sales Executive will need a minimum of 5 years experience and come from a Construction, Property or Building Services background covering all stages of the sales process.This role is new business focussed and you will be required to develop your own client base, but with existing customers as well, upselling and cross selling will form part of the position and you will be able to earn commission off both new and repeat business.Working closely with designer, architects, developers and surveying consultancies, the successful Field Sales Executive position will be both home and office based, and will target projects that are new build, regeneration and refurb and previous experience in these fields will be expected.In return the Field Sales Executive will receive a full benefits package, company car and a flexible approach to work enabling you to maximise your potential.
