My public sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an experienced Faculty Support Administrator to support the development of schools: ie primary and secondary care and Dental. This is a temporary 2 month assignment. Monday to Friday,full time 37.50 hours a week paying £12.86 per hour. This role is currently home working; however you may sometimes have to go into the office for team meetings. Your main responsibility is to provide administration support and advice to trainees and trainers and other stakeholders on School policies, such as study leave, mandatory training, eLearning, to ensure policies are followed.You will be liaising and negotiating with a range of training providers and venues, ensuring events throughout the year do not clash. Where required you will need to implement course cancellation policies and make decisions on waiving fees. You will need tocommunicate with delegates on fees payable and ensure payments are made within the required timeframe of the course.You will need to attend and support school board meetings, which includes booking venues, organising refreshments, preparing agendas and then supporting paperwork. This will include minute or note taking and the relevant circulating and chasing in of actionpoints.
