Job Description

Workingfor a top tier commercial property consultancy you will be workingas a Facilities Manager across multiple sites and for multipleclients.Youwill work with a variety of properties including office,industrial and retail.This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity cover with the potential of turning into a permanent role.Dayto day responsibilities:

Ensure healthand safety compliance

Paying invoices

Servicecharge budgets

Setting, managing and achieving budget targets

Liaisingdirectly with landlords and tenants.

M&Escheduling and management

KPI reporting

H&Ssystem management

Contractor monitoring

Buildingmanagement checks

Assist with the procurement of maintenance and service contracts for significant property portfolios

Liaising with landlord and tenants

Participate in business developmentConsider the economic life of the plant and building fabric on site and, where appropriate, procure and review a programme and costs for the necessary future replacement<span class="size" style="font-
