Job Description

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a international business based in South Birmingham.What we can offer you:

Duties:
  • 1st line helpdesk support and point of contact for all workplace services related issues.
  • Responding to reactive facilities maintenance requests received from the offices, arranging action by the most appropriate vendor, tracking progress, providing updates to field and ensuring all requests are properly closed.
  • Point of contact in corporate office for all corporate workplace services related issues (cleaning, coffee, soft drinks, sanitary equipment, waste management, stationary etc.).
  • Organise regular update meetings with all facilities point of contacts from the field.
  • Central access control: activities such as update badge/access data within the access control system. Send user manual to new users if required.
  • Stock management of all facility management technical assets such as water coolers, white goods, HVAC, etc.
  • Follow up of all mandatory technical certifications.
  • Inventarisation of all landlords and property managers.
  • Organizing planned preventative maintenance works across the region.
  • Raising workplaces services related purchase orders
Profile:
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a variety of professionals from senior leadership to staff-level.
  • Very strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in workplace services and / or contract management or closely related field is required.
  • Accuracy and on-time delivery are key in this function.
  • Strong priority-setting skills
  • Fluent spoken and written knowledge of German & English, Dutch and/or French are a plus
