Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to support their Facilities Management Team. This will be short term temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £11.47 p/hr, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm37.00 hours a week, however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business. The main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the below:" Front of House reception cover, booking rooms, meet and great" Daily meeting rooms checks to make sure all are tidy and change the rooms layout if required" Ordering stationary and supplies where necessary" Issuing site passes and site fobs" Conduct carpool checks " Maintain maintenance records and maintain accurate general records" Answering the telephone and email management" Dealing with incoming post" General photocopying reports, data base work and filingThe successful individual should be confident in speaking with stakeholders from all levels of the clients organisation and members of the public. You must have strong MS Office skills and as this is a varied role, think on your feet and be reactive.
