Job Description

Export Sales Support AdministratorAre you an Export Sales Support Administrator that is highly organised with good experience in the support of National and European Sales TeamsThis role is working for a very well-established business whose offices are located near Birmingham but have a real international presence in the specialist parts sector of the Automotive and Automotive Aftermarket industry.As Export Sales Support Administrator your role will be to support the activities of the Sales Director, Sales Manager and European Sales Team.For this role you will need to be well organised, ideally experienced in Sales Support, Order Processing, Arranging Shipments to European Countries and other duties to support the Sales Team and Management.Ideally Located - Birmingham, Erdington, Edgbaston, Harborne, Quinton, Halesowen, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Solihull, Dudley, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Redditch, RuberySalary - £24,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience + Pension + Benefits The Candidate & Role:

  • Process quotations and orders from customers via phone, email or TecCom.
  • Handle customer enquiries for parts availability and other general enquiries
  • Generate stock orders for customers and liaise with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments
  • Invoice Creation
  • Making sure that all invoices are correct and in line with agreed conditions
  • Supply confirmation and packing lists where required.
  • Organise and arrange deliveries to multiple countries
  • Communicate with customers and freight forwarders to ensure service level agreements are adhered to
  • Be the Liaison between Export Manager and other departments
  • Ensuring all company compliance is followed and adhered to
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, documents and files in relations to invoicing and all official export paperwork
  • Be able to negotiate rates and transport schedules
  • Organising export paperwork & documentation
  • Keep yourself updated in relations to the changes in customs regulations that will affect shipment of product
  • Assist with Ad hoc duties within the administration department
