Job Description

RM Recruit are recruiting a Executive Assistant to work with the CEO and RRN for our Birmingham based client. This role needs someone with great attention to detail and experience in a small business with Secretarial Qualifications. This is a permanent part-timerole working in a hybrid capacity.The day to day duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create and build positive relationships with all customers and colleagues
  • Respond to all enquires in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all diarys are kept up to date and inform the necessary people of upcoming appointments in a professional manner
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute them in a timely fashion
  • Complete filing of both paper and electronic documents
  • Effective use of Trello / Slack and shared working systems to minimise need for emails
In this role you will need the following qualities to succeed in this role:
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing with staff and customers
  • Attention to detail and a proactive manner in dealing with all queries that should arise
  • Have experience in both Personal Assistant and Senior Admin roles
  • A high degree of competence with record keeping and working towards tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a small team, being calm and helpful in all situations that may arise
As the ideal candidate, you will have worked in a charity or trust organisation, and you will have great attention to detail and an in-depth knowledge of Administration.
