The ICA is a professional membership and awarding body, who are the leading global provider of professional, certificated qualifications in anti-money laundering, governance, risk and compliance and financial crime prevention.You’d be the primary organiser and secretary to several ICA Committees and Board meetings, supporting corporate governance of the ICA along with providing administrative and secretarial support to the senior leaders.Key duties- Organiser and secretary to several ICA Committees. This will include preparation of agendas and online papers/presentations for the meetings, collation and distribution of online papers/presentations, taking minutes and distribution to the relevant Committee members- Managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas for team members.- Coordinating and submitting monthly expenses on behalf of the senior team- Taking ownership of matters not requiring direct or immediate input from the senior team and acting as a gatekeeper where necessary- Providing support to various projects within ICA, this could involve providing operational and or administrative support to the project manager/project lead, gathering information or taking responsibility for some elements of the projects as part of the project team- Provide support for corporate governance activities of the ICA, including:- Scheduling briefing papers and reports for boards and committees- Monitoring and maintaining risk management logs and registers relevant to the ICA- Liaison with risk managers and operational managers to ensure management information and intelligence is provided to boards the team has oversight of- Maintain a schedule of training activity for external contractors to ensure they remain up to date with the relevant training requirementsSkills and Experience Required- Experience in the same/similar role- Experience working at senior or executive support level, and experience of dealing with stakeholders and senior management- Organised and pro-active with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to handle conflicting and changing priorities- Adept at building relationships across the business at all levels- Familiar with Microsoft office- Excellent written and verbal communication- Time managementAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
