Full time permanent Executive Assistant position supporting the Chairman of a large government organisation. This role is to provide full support.Client DetailsMy client is a large government organisation based in Birmingham City Centre looking for an Executive Assistant.Description

  • Acting as the point of contact for the Chairman.
  • Managing the Chairmans diary and time management.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Assisting with presentations.
Profile
  • Previous experience as Executive Assistant to C-Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Multi-Tasking skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Highly competent
  • Can work autonomously
  • Reliable
  • Can commute to Birmingham.
