Job Description

Hybrid working 2 days in the office -this is an amazing opportunity to be part of an established charity, leading and running their event portfolio!The CompanyOur client is a leading charity who operate across the globe, attracting thousands of members each year to their events, campaigns, and training events! With a strong but realistic vision, they aim to raise awareness for their topic and do this by raising awarenessby working with and delivering memorable events! The Role The Event Manager is responsible for the organisation and operational aspects of running a variety of events, exhibitions, and awards on a national and international basis.conferences, large award ceremonies, seminars, and exhibitions for the charity. You will be leading the events from start to finish, alongside a talented team of event professionals.Your day-to-day duties will be:

  • Managing the end-to-end logistics for successful events across all platforms
  • Curating comprehensive event proposals and delivering bespoke events
  • Managing speaker logistics across all levels
  • Working with high level VIP’s
  • Managing budgets and financial objectives
  • Developing good working relationships with venues, suppliers, and members
  • Maintain close liaison with the marketing and creative teams.
  • Sourcing and liaising with third party suppliers
  • Developing strong relationships with award sponsors
The CandidateCandidates will need to have proven experience of working across a mixture of either conferences or award ceremonies.
