Job Description

Job Title:Estate Agency Sales ValuerPosition Overview: The Sales Valuer plays a crucial role in this agency by conducting property valuations and securing sales instructions. Whether youre an experienced valuer or someone eager to learn and develop into the role, they willprovide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. This position involves managing valuation requests, booking appointments, and offering various sales products to clients, with a strong focus on properties in the Birmingham and West Midlandsarea.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to valuation requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Schedule and conduct property valuations within the assigned territory patch, predominantly in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
  • Utilise your knowledge of the local property market to accurately assess property values.
  • Present and negotiate sales instructions with potential clients, highlighting the benefits of their services and products.
  • Offer a range of sales solutions, including auction options, to meet clients needs and maximise property value.
  • Liaise with other teams as needed to facilitate seamless transitions in the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of valuations, appointments, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property sales is essential, ideally with valuing experience (although training will be given if not valuing yet)
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in the role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Birmingham and West Midlands property market is essential.
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
Salary and Benefits:
  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work (approximately once a month).
  • Base salary - circa £25k
  • Circa £40k (OTE)
  • Opportunity to work overtime IF wanted to.
