Job Description

ERP Project Manager, Birmingham, West Midlands £50-55K + 10% Bonus + £5,400 Car Allowance + Bens. You must have a background as an ERP Project Manager with experience of Project Management or Process Improvement of ERP, shaping and delivering a numberof improvement projects within a multi-divisional business nationwide. The role:Planning* Plans, controls and manages the delivery of a Portfolio of projects to meet the agreed business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.* Ensures that all projects are appropriately planned as per guidance from the IT PMO Controls and Governance Models* Conducts regular reviews and reports progress against the project budget and project planFinancial Responsibilities* Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders* Liaises with budget holders and sponsors to manage the project spend within agreed budget* Ensures best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of resources and technology* Operates the PMOs risk framework to identify and manage the required outcome of potential risks and opportunitiesOperational Responsibilities* Overall management of a projects* Liaison, communication and effective management of suppliers, the Business and other functions to ensure each projects effective delivery on schedule and within budget* Reports on budgets, resourcing, project(s) status, risks and issues to the PortfolioAbout You:* The following qualities/experience are essential:* Experienced Project Management or Process improvement of digitalisation, with significant demonstrable experience shaping and delivering a number of improvement projects within a multi-divisional business nationwide.* High class facilitation skills with a wide level of internal and external stakeholders* Drive, energy, and enthusiasm* Able to remain calm and unflustered under pressure* Strong experience of workload prioritisation and ability to multitask* Strong understanding on the importance of people and process in change management* Experience of working in a digital programme environment* An understanding of assigned business functional domain including business operating model, activities, data, process, and information requirements* A Dynamic self-starter with the ability to the get the job done* Ability to work under pressure* Strong understanding / recognised qualification relating to the disciplines of project management including best practice methodologies e.g., Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile, APMP, Scrum Master etc* Exhibits authority and leadership, takes responsibility, is Independent and self-starting* Demonstrates teamwork at the highest level, highly collaborative approach, among the first to volunteer to help others succeed.* Ability to engage and influence peers in I.T., the Business and supply chain* Highly customer and delivery focused, meeting and exceeding customer expectations* Demonstrates the Company Values (Lean, Expert, Trusted, Safe, Sustainable)* Demonstrates the Company behaviours (Talk Positively, Collaborate Relentlessly, Encourage Constantly, Make a Difference, Value Everyone)This ERP Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Birmingham, West Midlands and pays c£50-55K base + 10% Bonus, £5,400 Car Allowance + bens.
