To help acquire and grow new key accounts we are looking for a Enterprise Business Development Executiveto focus on predominantly new revenue streams.About the roleThe Enterprise Business Development Executive is accountable for developing relationships at influencer level with the with the aim of generating large-scale multi-year employer partnerships with multiple product lines across our portfolio of learning solutions.Focused on delivering new revenue streams from key accounts, your success will come from becoming a ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationship with the aim of maximising funded apprenticeships and commercial qualifications through a solutions sales approach.This role is all about consultative selling and building meaningful relationships with clients. Your success will come from structuring and implementing strategic account plans, that deliver multi-year revenue, minimum EBIT targets and sales growth targets.About youOpportunity to undertake a true hunter role, to identify, prospect and nurture portfolio of enterprise size clients (5000 employees+). Comfortable that post-conversion new accounts are managed thereafter by Account Managers.Comfortable building relationships at strategic level up to C-suite/Board level, shaping strategic solutions that generate repeat revenue via sales of apprenticeships, commercial PQs and short courses and service line products. You’ll thrive in a targetdriven commercial environment where delivering a high level of service and satisfaction is the norm.
