Job Description

A Tier 1, international law firm are searching for a Property Lawyer to join their Property Energy & Infrastructure team, preferably based in their Birmingham office however will consider other UK and Scottish offices for the right candidate.The Firm

  • This firm boasts one of the largest groups of dedicated property lawyers in the UK who specialise in major energy and infrastructure works. The clients here include the public sector bodies, developers, funders and investors.
  • Lawyers joining this dynamic team will encounter a broad range if energy and infrastructure property work. In particular, you will be working on wind (on and offshore), solar, hydro, and nuclear transactions in the energy sphere and road, rail and ports.
The ideal candidate will, ideally:
  • Must be qualified with 4+ PQE
  • Have experience in commercial property
  • Have some experience of property work on energy and infrastructure
  • Have a strong academic background
  • Commercially aware, and technically excellent
