Job Description

Energy Assessor OCDEA | Home Based | Permanent Ref: DB1932Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an OCDEA to join their well-established, award-winning consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects.Requirements:

  • On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Licensed Code for Sustainable Homes assessor (Desirable)
  • Brilliant time management and communication skills
  • Experience of writing energy/sustainability strategies (Desirable)
  • Excellent relationship building and positive can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of non-residential development (Desirable)
Duties:
  • Complete SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure clients achieve compliance with Part L
  • Deliver technical support to clients
  • Generate energy statements for planning
  • Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
  • Measure buildings for low carbon
