EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, BIRMINGHAM, 2+ YEARS PQE, £45,000+ (DOE) – An excel accredited and highly regarded high street law firm, are looking to grow their employment department. - JOB REF: 5323.• A new position has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a growing and expanding practice.• The team handle a caseload consisting of the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, contracts and service agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and reorganisation, business transfers, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, maternity and parental rights, discrimination,whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.• You will have at least 2 years’ experience in handling your own varied caseload of employment matters with minimal supervision.• You will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and work well within a team environment.• You will be looking for a supportive firm who encourages a healthy work life balance along with the opportunity to progress and develop your career.• To apply please call Theresa on or email eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
