Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an Employment Paralegal to join a Legal 500 firm in Birmingham in their Employment team-a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning team and independently manage your own caseload.About the roleThis Employment Paralegal role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:

  • Drafting contracts, handbooks, witness statements and settlement agreements
  • Reviewing case files and drafting legally compliant documents on the clients behalf
  • Managing consultants diaries, making appointments and maintaining a flexible approach to last-minute changes.
  • Preparing for trials, attending hearings and taking notes during proceedings
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks when necessary
About youThe ideal candidate will have:
  • At least six months of Employment Paralegal experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work well to deadlines
  • Ties to Birmingham
