EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISORLocation: Largely remote with occasional site visitsSalary £35,000 - £39,000Are you available ImmediatelyDo you enjoy love ERI may have something for you...I have an opportunity to work in an interesting fast-paced environmentwhere you can put Employee Relations expertise to work.This is a role where you’ll be dealing with a variety of ER cases You will be challenged,every day will be different managing a variety of cases.As the ER Advisor you will provide a 1st class service to employees and managers providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employment issues. This is your opportunity to join an organisation where you can really make an impact.On a day to day basis as the ER Advisor / HR Advisor you will:

  • Manage cases on issues around HR Policy and procedures, complex T&Cs, employee relations matters, redundancies, performance management and reward & benefits.
  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on how to follow best practice, processes and associated risks
  • Manage casework and working closely with HR Business Partners on more high risk cases.
ER Advisor / HR Advisor - Key Skills Needed:
  • Existing experience in managing a high-volume cases
  • Extensive experience of managing ER cases and have a good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Thorough understanding of applying HR policies and procedures within in the areas of employee conduct, sickness and absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary, investigations, dismissal
  • Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and its application within the defined areas
  • Have provided guidance and coaching via telephone, email, reports, interviews, in person to line managers
  • Highly organized, able to manage your own workload.
