Position: Embedded Software EngineerSalary: Up to £60,000 + bonus - 4 day working weekLocation of Office: BirminghamLocation of Work: WFH Hybrid ModelThe role: As our client continue to grow their engineering team, they are now seeking an Embedded Software Engineer who will work throughout the full design life cycle developing cutting edge products for the global healthcare sector. Theiroffice is based in the north Birmingham area, but they offer flexible remote working and a 4-day working week.The ideal Embedded Software Engineer will be joining a small, growing team with plenty of new product development to get stuck into straight away. You will be experienced enough to manage your own time and workload and be expected to contribute from initialconcept through to in house manufacturing and assembly done onsite. You will be strong coding Embedded C and have worked with a range of serial comms (RS232, RS485, CAN, I2C etc) and a host of microprocessor families (PIC, STM, ARM, NXP etc). Any experienceat hardware level or integrating firmware solutions to mobile or cloud-based systems will really make your CV stand out.This role will best suit an Embedded Software Engineer who is passionate about developing innovative software solutions for a product range that improves peoples lives. You will be comfortable in a small team environment and enjoy the variety of work thisstyle of working presents.Skills and experience required:
