Job Description

Electronic Sales Office Co-OrdinatorSalary range between £24,960 - £28,000 per annumReporting to the Commercial Director, your role will be to maximize revenue for The Venues Collection through effective and efficient enquiry handling of the electronic Conference & Events channels or email opportunities from third party partners. More about the role
  • You will take ownership of electronic or email enquiries from our third party partners, from initial enquiry stage through to conversion where possible before successfully handing to hotel Sales Office teams.
  • You will demonstrate and take ownership for accuracy of information in Opera, Venue Directory and any other electronic channels requiring live loading. Input all enquiries into all relevant systems as required.
  • Ensure that third party partner profiles are reviewed and updated on a regular basis working with the venue Sales Office teams to complete this task.
  • Take a keen interest in understanding competitors through research, questioning and recording of data to help support future strategies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional venue product knowledge to be able to support and maximize each venues revenue and future opportunities.
About you
  • You will posses at least 2 years experience within a Conference & Events co-ordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Desirable knowledge of Opera, Venue Directory, CVENT or other booking systems.
  • Experience in venue led sales
  • Industry awareness
