Electromechanical Maintenance EngineerAvanti Recruitment have partnered with an industry disrupter in the entertainment space to recruit an Electromechanical Maintenance and Support Engineer to lead and supervise fix and maintenance activities for their newest entertainment venue. Key Responsibilities:• Supervise first-line venue support team.• Use the ticketing system for logging, working, and resolving requests.• Organize and administer machinery maintenance.• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting of systems.• Liaise with Tech team, Engineers, and Leaders for timely communication.• Support teammates with IT/AV, mechanical, and electronic issues.• Manage maintenance tasks and schedule technicians.• Organize and motivate a team to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.What Were Looking For: Passionate Individuals: Be a self-starter with a keen focus on growth, creativity, and enthusiasm. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Technical Support and/or Maintenance role.Desirable, But Not Essential: Technical Aptitude: Proven work experience in technical support roles and understanding of AV/IT systems. Mechanical Expertise: Knowledge in electro-mechanics, Linux-based Operating Systems, and Networking.
