Your job for the first year will be to lead from the front and juggle billing with hiring and growing your new team. You will have support from head office for compliance, internal recruitment, HR and day to day operations. Youwill have a resourcer from day one and as your branch grows there will be opportunities to reduce your billing responsibilities.As a Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance of senior management. You will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some managementexperience in education recruitment. You will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
