Job Description

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a Global Investment Bank. They are regarding as global market leaders across Investment, Corporate and Private Banking. Due to continued growth and acquisitions, they are keen to appoint an experienced eDiscovery- Quality Control Specialist.As an experienced eDiscovery - Quality Control Specialist, you will be involved in being responsible for the Banks data retrieval, retention and transfer of electronic stored information to internal stakeholders and third parties. You will ensure to meetlegal, compliance and regulatory requirements.The opportunity for an eDiscovery - Quality Control Specialist will pat a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000 plus benefits with a hybrid working model, based out of their Birmingham offices.eDiscovery - Quality Control Specialist - Experience/Duties:

  • eDiscovery even at work experience will be considered
  • Messaging Applications, Business Applications - Essential
  • Databases, Servers, Backup Storage, Compliance Archiving - Essential
  • Perform quality control on identification, retrieval, preservation and delivery of stored information
  • Support legal requests, regulatory matters and investigations
  • Maintain confidential records - in line with compliance and procedures adhering to controls
  • Work to SLAs Analyse, resolve risks and issues while always communicating to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of enterprise level infrastructure/technology
  • eDiscovery Reference Model framework and standards
