Job Description

Energy and Sustainability Consultant A rapidly growing and established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices nationwide are now looking to grow their sustainability team in Birmingham.The CompanyThis medium-sized consultancy of around 80 people offers Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and E&S consultancy services within various eectors including: Retail, Residential, Industrial and more.The Energy and Sustainability Consultant (E&S Consultant)The E&S consultant will be responsible for

  • Delivering energy assessments across a variety of sectors.
  • Delivery of BREEAM and BREEAM AP project proposals and tenders from the team.
  • Ability to complete BREEAM Pre-Assessments
  • Produce Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
  • Building Modelling for Net Carbon Zero Reporting
  • Residential Carbon Modelling and SAP calculations
  • Supporting the delivery of project administration and financial management from the team.
  • Supporting works in carbon LCA (embodied, construction and operational)
  • Supporting sustainability and energy statements
  • Feasibility Reports for renewable installations
The E&S Candidate
  • Relevant degree or Masters
  • 5 years experience
  • SAP NDEPC, DEC license
  • BREEAM experience, ideally certified
  • LEED and WELL experience also preferred
  • Energy modelling (SBEM / SAP)
  • DRIVING LICENSE required.
