Job Description

Driver - Birmingham (Job Ref: 23/BRMN)With the expansion of the Randox Health team we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Driver based in Birmingham.The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providing an exceptional service to clients. We require Drivers to work within a team supporting our Clinic Network in our various sites in Birmingham. This team of driverswill be responsible for picking up samples from partner organisations and bringing them to our site for processing. They will also be required to transport samples between our processing centres and our labs. All drivers must ensure the integrity of the cargois maintained and all schedules are met. The successful candidate would need to be flexible to work a shift pattern, this could include 12-hour shifts.In line with guidelines, the successful candidates will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check, or regional / national equivalent.The Candidate:Essential:

  • Full, clean driving licence with no points or endorsements.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English language (Grades A-C).
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Good timekeeping / time management skills.
  • Computer literacy advantageous.
Desirable:
  • Experience in another multi-drop driving position.
