Job Description

Role: Digital Project Manager Location: Birmingham (Part-Remote) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 About the role:After an extremely successful year, a Digital Agency based in Central Birmingham are looking to expand their team for their growing and varied client base. After an influx of new projects they now have the capacity to bring on board a Digital Project Manager.This will be a part-remote role & you will need to be in a commutable distance to Birmingham to work on site at least 3 days per week.Role Overview:

  • Create and deliver project plans using project planning software provided and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s)
  • Work closely with clients, internal teams and wider group stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
  • Interpret customer requirements and communicate back to development team
  • Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with both staff and customers to get new requirements and explain feasibility
  • Manage all financial aspects of the projects to ensure efficiency and profitability
Essential skills:
  • Highly proficient in using JIRA
  • WooCommerce & Wordpress
  • Website process including Sitemap creation, technical and functional specification creation
  • Planning and scoping and the ability to deliver accurate quotations and project plans
  • Excellent verbal communicator
  • Detailed and accurate written communication
