The group boasts a range of industries UK wide including the hair & beauty industry,storage and logistics, construction, health and safety, property, finance, retail and recruitment.Job RoleReporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the wider business and external agencies to identify new opportunities and drive efficiencies and improvements for digital campaign performance and customer journey.As an Apprentice your main role and responsibilities will include: Support the Performance Marketing Manager to deliver the digital marketing strategy.Help with the management and optimisation of all biddable media including paid search, Google Shopping, programmatic display and social media advertising.Work with various internal teams to develop the campaign calendar and successfully execute key campaigns with supporting digital channels including email campaigns.Assist with the reporting and analysis against agreed KPIs to demonstrate customer acquisition, incremental revenue uplift and campaign ROI. Collaborate with brand marketing and content teams on strategic digital campaigns and creative assets.Identify insights and trends and optimise performance and spend based on those insights and trends.Keep abreast of new marketing technologies and identify new campaigns and revenue opportunities.Identify opportunities to grow the customer database and customer engagement.Use A/B testing strategies to optimise the customer journey and deliver improved ROI.Checking the website product information is loading and displaying correctly, and product imagery is updated where necessary.Updating the content on the website (banners, USPs, product descriptions, category headers) and briefing in any assets required to the in-house design team. Provide administrative support to the e.commerce team.Set-up of new lines and maintenance of the online product catalogue. Promotion administration. Liaising with the marketing team (CRM/Social/Design) with product/promotional details across online campaigns.Analysing competitor activity to ensure the site is commercially competitive.Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, you will receive training through blended learning. This combines online technical training within a virtual classroom, as well as real-world and practical experience with your employer. The certifications yougain are highly respected and globally recognised.
