Digital Content Creator (Full Time)£23,000 - £25,000 salary Birmingham, UK (remote)Does this describe you

The Role at a Glance- Work closely with the Marketing manager to plan creative marketing campaigns- Plan, film and edit exceptional and engaging video, including interviewing colleagues and customers either face-to-face or virtually- Work with the Marketing Manager and wider team to turn words on a page into visually appealing, easily-digestible resources for customers (toolkits, guides, infographics etc)- Support in organising webinars including sourcing guest speakers, creating visuals and promoting across all channels- Take the lead on the company social channelsdeveloping and scheduling posts from company and team profiles, monitoring conversations and proactively interacting with customers and followers- Support with PR activities including reaching out to editors and distributing PR- Monitor the performance of content, providing monthly feedback reports to the Marketing Manager- Administrative stuff including budget tracking, organising files and folders, arranging team meetings, competitor research, proof-reading, formatting slide decks (and other sales and marketing collateral) and updating website pagesMust Haves:- A portfolio of content that demonstrates a creative approach to digital content creation, including examples of video- Understanding of video creation including editing software- Experience using Canva or Adobe Suite- Willing to leave the work-from-home desk to proactively seek out content opportunities through customer interviews, attending training courses to meet delegates, engaging with influencers on social, or starting conversations with potential collaboratorsat networking events- Competent with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook- Ability to write intelligent written content with an informal/conversational authentic brand voice- In close geographical proximity to the West MidlandsBonus Skills or Experience:- Creating distinctive non-corporate animation- HubSpot- WordPress- B2B Marketing- PR- Social Media managementCompany SummaryIn a nutshell,RightTrack Learning works with businesses to help them nurture inclusive workplaces made up of exceptional teams filled with happy, confident people.
