Digital Collections Officer - Hybrid Role Starting Salary: 20,174 per year37.5 hours a week on a rota between Monday - Friday with an odd Saturday shift working 9 - 1pm paid as time and a half. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit in our Digital Collection Officers teamto assist in dealing with our increasing demand on our Omni-channels i.e. live chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.This is a great opportunity for someone to build their career and develop their skills in digital communications while being a part of an ever-expanding debt enforcement company.Key elements of the role will include:-Handling and servicing multiply incoming enquiries simultaneously in a fast paced environment on our various Omni channels such as Webchat, WhatsApp, social media platforms and email.-Confirming customers identity through a selection of security questions in line with meeting GDPR regulations to avoid any risk of GDPR breaches.-Requesting and updating customers personal information accurately to ensure we take their current circumstances into account when reviewing their case and assessing their ability to pay.-Remaining empathic to our customers financial situation, vulnerabilities and disabilities and dealing with these in accordance with our company or client guidelines.-Trying to obtain payment of accounts in full, wherever possible. Where this is not so, negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company and client guidelines and using the information available to you to assess their affordability.-Dealing with difficult interactions in a professional and respectful manner in line with our Company values even when faced with potentially unpleasant or challenging enquiries.
