My client, a national top 50 UK law firm recognised in Chambers and Legal 500, are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Associate for their expanding Healthcare team in Birmingham.The role will be acting on behalf of NHSR and other NHS trusts. You will be handling a caseload of litigated and pre litigated clinical negligence files of mixed values, there will be some very high value multi-track files. Some of the files you can expectto be working on include catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries, such as those involving cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries and amputations. You will also be involved in business development activities.The ideal candidate be a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE and will come from a defendant clinical negligence background. You will also need experience at a NHSR panel firm or within private healthcare.
