Job Description

Our office is conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk of Birmingham International train station or alternatively, we provide free onsite car parking.We are looking for an experienced energy industry data quality manager to lead a team of 8 industry data analysts and advisors.Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the Data Quality Team
  • Lead, develop and inspire the team through coaching and performance management
  • Ensure all industry processes are carried out in line with regulatory requirements
  • Be the first point of contact for help, support and escalation for the Data Quality Team
  • Work alongside senior managers to prioritise and allocate work in-line with business needs
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Experience leading a back-office team within Energy
  • Awareness of key regulatory and industry processes
  • A strong background in team management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A logical and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to identify and implement improved processes
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
