2 WEEKS ONSITE B19 £10-12phMy client are currently in the process of designing a new CRM system with a third-party supplier. While the design of the CRM is ongoing, an important aspect of the project is to cleanse our existing data within our CRM - Microsoft Dynamics AX before we migrateover to the new system. Campaign objectives: 1. To populate missing customer record fields 2. To verify existing customer record fields 3. To establish links between customer records where we have sales ledger information 4. To comply with data integrity and security policies When will the project start The project will ideally start on Monday 30th May. Based on the amount and depth of data requiring cleansing and verifying, we anticipate the project to last 4 weeks. However, this is dependent on final exact numbers of records involved in the cleanse and ensuringprogress deadlines are hit and sample checking has been quality controlled. What we need 2 individuals for 4 weeks - Attention to detail - Good software knowledge - Basic research and data collection skills - Basic knowledge of database structure - Ability to work on their own What happens next client will provide all IT equipment and ensure access to all required software/programs along with a dedicated office space to work. client will ensure day to day management to support the individuals in being successful in delivering the desired results.
