Job Description

Role IntroductionWhat you will do

  • Managing the Exchequer Software Support Team
  • Liaising and Coordinating with Key Clients, Product and Development Teams
  • Handle customer escalations effectively when required
  • Lead and motivate the Support Team
  • Lead Heal Desk sessions
What you will have
  • Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be confident in your decisions
  • Proficient and confident communicator, verbal and written
  • A strong desire towards improving customer service satisfaction, reaching and exceeding targets
  • Innovative and able to inspire and drive a team of Support Professionals to deliver outstanding service
