Integration Architect - Job OpportunityRole: Integration Architect - Job OpportunityLocation: RemoteSalary: £90k - £120k OTE up to £140k + / BenefitsIntegration Architect / Technology / Integration / API / ERP / Cloud / Ecommerce / AI / CRMWe are recruiting for a well invested, high growth, entrepreneurial international technology company who are looking for a Integration Architect to join their EMEA team.The ideal candidate will be technically savvy and commercially aware. You must be able to articulate technology in both technical and non-technical terms to customers and act as their trusted advisor.As Integration Architect, you must be able to establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the customer journey. Building these relationships with customers will enable up-sell opportunities and increase chances of customer retention. Listening andresponding to clients business objectives is key in ensuring this is achieved.Integration Architect Profile -The successful candidate will have a background in technology, preferably in one or more of the following - Integration / Data / APIs / Ecommerce / ERP / CRM / Cloud / AI / Automation* Qualification in a technology discipline or similar level experience* 2+ years experience (iPaaS & API Integration Platforms)* 5+ years client facing in a technical setting* Experience with popular relational database technologies e.g. SQL, Oracle & Postgres* Project management principles and methodologies* Technically and commercially aware* Excellent communication skills (verbally and online)* Personable and able to build long standing relationshipsIntegration Architect Responsibilities -* Articulate technology in both technical and non-technical terms* Listen and respond to clients business objectives* Capitalise on upselling opportunities* Achieve high percentage of customer retention* Become an expert of the platform/software* Learn implementation processes* Understand customers business and technical issues* Identify and escalate critical blockers (incl.
