Reed are recruiting for FOUR Schedulers to join a large Facilities Management Company, based near Birmingham International Airport, on a temporary to permanent basis.Successful candidates will become part of a new Mobile solutions unit being set up to develop and deploy a technical mobile solutions to their internal and external customers.Candidates will be responsible for scheduling all reactive and planned works for both internal national engineers and subcontractors, ensuring that the correct engineering resource is deployed to achieve first time fixes for customers and that the job is attended within the specified SLAs.Applicants must have experience working within a fast paced service delivery or contact centre environment and have strong IT skills as you will be using the latest scheduling software - Full training will be provided.Start Date: These role are to start ASAP. Please only apply if you are available with less than 1 weeks notice.Interviews to take place on Monday 7th December 2020.Salary: £21,000 plus holidayThis position will be contracted to work Monday - Friday.
