Birmingham.DescriptionThe role (Birmingham)Dispatching ordersAnswering queriesHandling general callsArranging the movement and transportation of stockCollation or maintenance of data base, spread sheet or other in house data recordsLiaise with Stock Inventory colleagues to obtain advice of stock availabilityEscalation of system, data or stock issues to line managerProactive, swift management and prioritisation of workloadProfileThe ideal applicant will be/have:Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence when speaking on the phoneExcellent attention to detail and focusStrong organisation and prioritisation skills Excellent PC literacy skills Experience using databases and customer systemsExperience working in a customer service environmentThis is a very varied role where every day will be different.My client is keen to see CVs from applicants who can demonstrate a steady work history, have exceptional IT and communication skills.Job OfferMonday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm& on call rotaSalary £21,000PensionFree parkingTo apply for this position please submit your current CV.
