Customer Services Advisor £21000 (OTE £25000) per annum 35 hours per week Birmingham My client, ROSPA, is a leading charity that is proud to be at the heart of accident prevention in the UK and around the world. As part of its important mission, it provides training, consultancy, qualifications, events and products for businesses and professionalsto help them manage risks to their workers and others. This hybrid client services advisor role on offer is to work with this mission led brand in selling their constantly developing portfolio of training and consultancy services and qualifications utilising a database of thousands of committed and engaged corporatemembers and award winners.   • Passionate about working for a mission led organisation, with safety at its heart
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and determined to succeed
  • An excellent communicator, experienced at negotiating at all levels via various sales channels, including telesales, email and online chat.
  • Adept at overcoming barriers to sales; and a strong sales converter.
  • Experienced at managing and converting a complex pipeline of high volume sales.
  • An excellent team player, able to work efficiently and effectively across multiple teams and processes.
Do you have ...
  • At least three years of B2B/B2C Direct sales experience including the delivery of outbound direct sales campaigns.
  • A proven ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced sales environment and to exceed income generation targets
  • Excellent commercial acumen, drive and determination
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent interpersonal, time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and health is also desirable, as is experience balancing sales across a wide and varied portfolio.
